Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone at your company who uses WinCore, and to anything sent through it, such as quotes, emails and payment links.
Don't use WinCore to
- break any law, including consumer protection, privacy, anti-spam (such as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation) and tax laws;
- send commercial emails to people who haven't agreed to receive them or don't have a business relationship with you, or hide who an email is from;
- collect or use people's personal information without the right to, or for something they wouldn't expect;
- mislead your customers about prices, products, taxes or fees, or charge them for something they didn't agree to;
- take payments for anything illegal, or that Stripe's restricted businesses list doesn't allow;
- upload anything you don't have the right to share, or anything harmful, such as malware;
- harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone.
Don't try to
- get into data, accounts or workspaces that aren't yours, or get around seat limits, plan limits or permissions;
- probe, scan or test WinCore's security without our written permission (if you've found a problem, please tell us; see below);
- disrupt or overload the service, including with automated requests beyond normal use;
- copy, reverse-engineer or resell WinCore, or use it to build a competing product;
- share a login between people, or let anyone outside your company use your workspace.
What happens if this policy is broken
We may remove the content involved, pause a feature (such as online payments or sending email), or suspend the account, and we'll tell your admin why unless the law or the safety of the service stops us. We'll start with the smallest step that fixes the problem, and give you a chance to sort it out where we can.
Reporting a problem
To report misuse of WinCore, or a security vulnerability, email dan@sixlabs.ca. We won't take action against anyone who reports a vulnerability in good faith, doesn't access more data than needed to show it, and gives us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else.
