Subprocessors
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These are the service providers that may handle personal information in your WinCore workspace on our behalf, as described in our Data Processing Addendum. Each is bound by a written agreement to protect it.
| Provider | What it does for WinCore | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. | Hosting: servers, database, file storage, backups, sign-in (Cognito), email sending (SES), logs | Canada (Central), Montréal |
| Stripe Payments Canada, Ltd. and Stripe, Inc. | Subscription billing, and dealers' online payments when turned on | Canada, United States |
| OpenStreetMap Foundation | Looks up job-site street addresses to place them on the map (Nominatim), and serves map images | United Kingdom, European Union |
Not subprocessors, but worth knowing
- Calendly handles bookings when someone uses "Book a demo" on this website. It never sees anything in a WinCore workspace.
- Enterprise customers whose WinCore runs in their own environment may have a different list, set out in their agreement.
Changes
Before adding or replacing a subprocessor, we'll update this page and tell your admin by email at least 30 days ahead. If you object on reasonable data-protection grounds, tell us within that time; we'll try to find a way around it, and if we can't, you may cancel and we'll refund any fees paid for time after the change.
